Jeff Brown was one of 3 realtors I considered when selling my home in Mill Valley. It took a while to come to the decision to sell. The home was on a large lot with outstanding views and was a challenging property - essentially a 1950's Mill Valley cabin with some additions. The reason I gave Jeff the listing in the first place was because he made a point of staying in touch without being overly pushy. When we signed our agreement he made a point of explaining everything so I felt very comfortable and certainly I felt I could trust Jeff. Jeff suggested some staging, some painting and a couple of other things and at first I was unsure as to whether the expense would be worth it but I deferred to his judgement. I gave him what my budget was and he stuck to it. He has some amazing people that work with him on these types of things. Jeff went above and beyond to get the house looking amazing. He bought over a saw and we jointly cut some limbs off a tree that the Fire Dept said needed to be 6 feet from the house, he bought over his leaf blower and cleaned up all the decks, etc. He got the house looking fabulous in record time. In fact, it looked so good, that I considered not selling it! We discussed strategy on listing price and both felt we came to a good listing price. Jeff did some amazing marketing, photos, video, 3 open houses (he even held an open over the Holiday weekend!) and kept me in the loop the entire way. We set a date for all offers to be in by, and with over 70 requests for disclosure packets, we received 10 offers. The house sold well above listing and I am very happy with the end result. Jeff certainly earnt his commission and I would not hesitate to use Jeff again or recommend him to ANYONE selling a home in Marin.
